Business Application Administrator I
The Data and Report Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Under supervision, perform administration and technical support of various business databases assigned to the Business Application Administration Group to assure integrity, availability, and reliability of data.
Work directly with the business units on development, testing, and implementation of small to medium sized enhancements to existing databases.
Administer and support the content of multiple databases and applications, ensuring data integrity and applicability.
Respond to requests for information through analysis, design, development, testing, verifying and compiling of information in a timely and accurate manner.
Contribute to initiatives in support of the Company’s Diversity programs. Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.

job Requirements
This position requires an individual with:
Minimum of five years proven and progressive personal computer experience, including database development and maintenance, or equivalent.
Minimum of an associates degree in business, information technology, related field or equivalent experience.
Proven analytical, communication, organizational, problem solving and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, work independently and with others.
