Responsible for interacting successfully with business units in analyzing processes and identifying solutions to improve efficiency. Must communicate project goals, impacts and status updates and establish appropriate measurements and reporting mechanisms to ensure goals are achieved. Needs to monitor "best practices" used by other companies and regularly pursue job related training.
