PBMS is currently seeking full time Business Analyst who is customer service and career-minded; and, who is able to work in a fast paced production environment.
Responsibilities include:
Validate our capability to deliver Customer's solution by auditing customer environment to include core process mapping, labor/equipment utilization, volumes, standards, metric collection, and customer assumptions
Create a core service solution (develop re-engineering of customer process to include streamlining, savings, etc.) or an advanced services solution (work with project team to create processes).
Draft and process all necessary capital investment proposals and purchase orders
Manage enterprise wide monthly reporting
Provide technical support at client presentations and for projects at existing operations
Report on key functional operational performance standards and determine whether the function is performing at or near optimum level
Develop efficient processes to achieve optimum standards; recommend technological enhancements to improve service and efficiencies when possible
Assist operations team with pre-proposal strategy, on-site observations, interview, site tours and labor estimations in an ongoing effort to grow our partnerships
Recommend and forecast savings opportunities for all initiatives such as labor, postage, shipping, technological enhancements
Effectively work with client contacts, PBMS management team, and IT support in fulfilling duties and responsibilities
Conduct on-site analysis, identifying operational efficiencies, which will enhance service levels and/or reduce costs while bringing value to the client
Create site implementation plans for operations, including staffing plans, performance standards, process workflow, performance reporting methods, processes, and technology integration; ensuring successful new business installation
Manages multiple projects and meet critical deadlines

REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate college degree preferred or equivalent experience and a high level of proficiency in operations management disciplines; degree in IS strongly preferred.
3 years experience in a service delivery analysis or outsourcing organization, project coordination/management required
Ability to design, develop and present an operating plan as well as an annual budget that illustrates greater efficiency and increased productivity.
Experience in mail, mail-related services or document imaging; mass storage, networks, applications software and systems engineering strongly preferred.
Expertise is statistical analysis and data collection, storage and reporting
Understanding of financial statements and ability to interpret and evaluate profit and loss statements relevant to operations
Require familiarity with laptop PC's, Window-based software applications. To include but not limited to MS Office and Lotus Notes.
Six Sigma Required.
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Must possess demonstrated ability to interface effectively operations staff and the client; the ability to provide quick and insightful analysis of business problems, flexibility, enthusiasm and a high energy level.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Some travel is required.
