Business Analyst-Store Operations Manager

As a Business Analyst - Store Operations you will be the liaison between Store Operations and Information Technology. You will partner with the stores & internal business units to identify opportunities for system enhancements that will improve customer service and increase the efficiency of operations at the store.
Responsibilities:
Obtain domain knowledge of key functional areas within the store environment to help identify areas of improvement
Participate in the development cycle of a project from the discovery stage through implementation
Participate in User Acceptance testing, independent and as part of collaborative efforts between business units
Provide post implementation support for users affected by system enhancements
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience working in a retail environment, supporting store operations
Strong background in POS systems preferred
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many levels of management
Must have strong analytical and organizational skills to execute projects within the given timeframes
