Business Analyst - Oracle CRM Oracle 11i

Excellent Full Time Opportunity in Austin, TX for a Senior Oracle Business Analyst - Top Salary, Possible 5K sign on bonus.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience with Oracle CRM Implementations, Strong Oracle Service Contracts and Install base implementation experience, BS degree, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and the ability to undertake and execute Service BPR projects.
REQUIREMENTS
•B.S./B.A. Degree Computer Science, Information Management or Business
•Minimum five years system analysis, business application implementation, business requirements and support experience
•Detailed understanding and experience with each of Oracle Applications 11.5.9 service modules – Service Contracts, Install Base, Help Desk, Field Service, Spare-parts inventory management etc.
•Good understanding of integration of CRM modules with OM, Accounts Receivables, Inventory etc.
•Strong business skills including organization, documentation, presentation, problem solving analytical, process design.
•Experience in systems implementation and/or integration of Oracle 11i CRM/ERP applications.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Must be results and process improvement oriented.

Position Responsibilities:
•Support the Production environment for service modules like Service Contracts, Install Base, Field Service etc.
•Lead various Business process Re-engineering projects in the CRM area.
•Work closely with process owners and end users to map the required business processes and translate to system configurations for upgrades.
•Recommend and educate on best business practices related to various customer service disciplines.
•Provide functional expertise in customer data management, contract management, field service, phone support, parts and software support management.
•Provide application training to the Power User community.
•Create specifications and documentation for system implementation and usage.
•Assist ends users with conducting conference room pilots testing solutions.
•Understand and incorporate latest information systems technologies empowering complex business systems.
•Create specifications for system enhancements or changes to meet business requirements.
