Interfaces with business partners, other business analysts and technical (programming) staff to explain business solutions. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Completes complex system configuration changes in support of business requirements. Interfaces with Training Team to develop the best training option for end users. Assists Project Manager on high-priority projects. Typically requires 1 to 3 years of solid business knowledge, systems analysis experience, and project experience.Collaborates with business and ISS associates to prioritize and deliver system configuration components in support of ConAgra Foods enterprise business strategy.
Ensures that configuration executes in accordance with requirements and design through appropriate testing
Performs configuration and testing in support of future business and application module deployments
Evaluates business requests against existing system functionality
Understands ConAgra Foods business functions and work processes to more effectively manage and support the application configuration requirements
Critically examines and provides solutions to Level II Helpdesk calls
Ensures that configuration modifications effectively integrate with associated processes and designs
Performs production support duties based on support rotation schedule and assigned primary/secondary support roles
Assists in other production support tasks as assigned
Review technical and functional document for accuracy and clarity
Effectively conveys information to othersExperienced in SAP or other related ERP application configuration processes (1-3 years of materials management experience preferred)
Trouble shooting skills including analytical and critical thinking approach
Understanding of associated business processes and procedures
Customer service focus in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
