Consult with users/clients on requirements and issues.

Provide SME-level support to InfoLease user community.

Manage full system development lifecycle for workorder requests and minor

development projects related to the Infolease application, often as project lead.

Guide and mentor first level analysts.

Troubleshoot complex InfoLease production problems.

Liason among client users, Help Desk support and IDS support staff.

Coordinate system subrelease upgrades and program patches from QA installation

through UAT and implementation.

Utilize SDLCw and PTS applications to manage projects through development

lifecycles

Participate in OneInfo and ClearCase change control processes.

Manage software implementations using OneInfo and ClearCase change control

processes.

REQUIREMENTS








6+ years experience using or supporting InfoLease or other lease accounting system

Proven project management and leadership skills

Creative problem-solving skills

Hands-on familiarity with system development lifecycle

Technical experience with ad hoc report writer, Crystal Reports or other data

retrieval/formatting tools.

Strong MS Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint, Project skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Strong background in two or more of:

Lease accounting

Lease support processes, i.e. lease origination, equipment resales, tax reporting

Business requirements gathering and documentation

Functional specifications creation.

Data mapping

Unix/Unidata/Basic/C++
