Complete Description:
Major Responsibilities: Under management direction, the candidate will perform analysis and determine system functionality requirements, project scope systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business functions and system capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for analysis of new requirements as well as resolving production issues that may result in enhancements. Ensures that project adheres to Systems Development Methodolgy (SDM). Must possess good technical knowledge of the phases of accepted SDM, but also considers and reports the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
2-3 years of business and/or systems analysis required as well as a College Degree. Some experience in SQL as well as use of PVCS/Change Synergy is preferred. Applicant must also have good communications, writing skills and ability to adapt to change and take direction.
