Business Analyst The heart of Renal Advantage Inc. is each care center with the patients, staff, and physicians. Based in Nashville, TN, RAI operates over 70 outpatient dialysis centers in ten states. RAI care centers provide ESRD patients the option of hemodialysis in a center based environment or supportive training through their home therapy programs.RAI Offers: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Disability and Life insurance 401K plan with match Job Summary: This Systems Analyst position is a full-time position preferably based at the Renal Advantage Office in Brentwood, Tennessee, and reports to the Director of Information Services. The position will entail a strong interaction with clinical staff including physicians, nurses and technicians. Position responsibilities include the following: Work directly with software vendors, end users and IS staff as project leader on initiatives to prioritize, design, test and implement new system functionality. Coordinate the application workgroup meetings, projects and other initiatives and coordinate results into our existing infrastructure. Coordinate, maintain and enhance clinical application training program. Work with software vendor and IS staff on database standardization to the Standard Codes Sets. Work with clinical staff and management to evaluate and revise current processes to take advantage of application functionality. Work effectively as project team member with technical and functional personnel (with direct and indirect reporting relationships) to complete key project milestones and deliverables. Develops project(s) documentation, training materials and job aids. The systems environment consists of an extensive frame-relay WAN, Microsoft Windows NT domain, MS Windows 2003, Citrix Metaframe, MS Outlook/Exchange, MS Office 2003, IBM AIX, Digi terminal servers, HII TIME Dialysis Clinical and Billing, QMS Dialysis Billing Systems. Job Requirements: 2 - 4 years analyst experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Bachelors Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business. Work on large implementation projects is a plus. Experience with large, multi site healthcare companies is a plus. Position requires a strong technical aptitude (Windows and UNIX) and experience supporting end users. Application development, support or implementation experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Moderate travel requirements.
