DaysPosition Summary: Integrated Regional Laboratories currently has an opportunity for a Business Analyst at our Core Laboratory in Fort Lauderdale.We are seeking a highly organized team player to work Full Time first shift.General Responsibilities: The Business Analyst is required to analyze and recommend pricing or business to business bids, managed care bids and client pricing proposals. The analyst is also responsible for analyzing sales data by Third Party Insurance Payer, market, client and business segments for profitability and profitability improvement recommendations. In addition they will also be responsible for sales attainment analysis and commission payout calculations.Additional Information: The Business Analyst will be evaluating existing systems and processes and develop corrective action plans for service/quality trends identified. They will initiate changes and monitor those changes for improvements. They will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing pricing proposals for bids. REQUIREMENTS
Excellent team building and organizations skills.
Excellent communication (verbal and written).
Ability to assess business needs, identify potential business solutions and develop business cases for senior management.
Excellent Analysis, MS Excel, Access and report writing skills.
Knowledgeable of GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
One to three years experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
MBA or CPA certification preferred.
