Business Analyst

Purpose: This Business Analyst will work to create Process Documentation across all QTC systems. They will be working from legacy documents to compile process flow documents outlining how they release new applications and modify existing applications and tools. They will then work hand in hand with the current Project Managers and Business Analysts to continue to create the process documentation for all of the current and future releases of applications. Currently this team does one major software release every quarter and 3 minor releases per quarter. The main system that all applications, tools and processes run on is Oracle 11i.

The appropriate candidate would have strong Business Analysis and process mapping experience. They should have Oracle experience (11i), especially with Advanced Collections and/or AR (Accounts Receivable). They should have an understanding of finance inside of a large corporation. General understanding of Financial Processes such as AR, AP, etc. is helpful. Project Management experience/knowledge is a plus.

Must have strong written and verbal communication. Must have strong Process Mapping experience. Must have knowledge of Finance and Oracle 11i systems.
