Owens Corning is a recognized leader in building materials and our Flooring Division has the following career opportunity available:Business Administator in Las Vegas.Administrative Responsibilities:
General office administration including organizational set-up, filing, corporate communications, phone reception and correspondence
Develop and maintain complete client profiles (Executed service agreements, billing procedures, correspondence, etc.)
File and track Pre-liens on all jobs
Perform weekly audits of daily timesheets and preparation of associated billing report forms to insure accurate invoicing
Support Project Managers in their efforts to obtain PO’s, corrections, etc.Accounting Responsibilities:
Insure accurate and timely billing (goal of five day turnaround)
Calculate, generate and create Excel Spreadsheets
Manage Billing forecasting
Work with operations to insure that invoicing formats are consistent with those requested by the client
Prepare all required documentation associated with the invoice (batch reports, summary spread sheets, lien releases, etc.)
Manage work in progress (WIP) to company determined standards, provide weekly WIP update to Financial Leader and Regional Manager.
Review completed invoicing with Regional Manager to insure accuracy and completeness
Log invoices into Invoice Tracking Report upon delivery to client
Work directly with client accounts payable personnel to insure timely payment
Manage unpaid invoice file and support the collection process accordingly
REQUIREMENTS
At least two years Business Administration experience with a minimum one year accounting experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite

Adaptability
Professional attitude and appearance
Work closely with Account Managers and Project Managers
Ability to balance a variety of responsibilities and projects at once. The demands of supporting the business, dealing with builders and maintaining relationships with them.
SAP knowledge preferred
