Define and implement regional sales and marketing strategy. Assist assigned countries to attain their bookings, turn over, and profit targets. Travel extensively within assigned territory to interface with customers and field sales organizations to ensure continued customer satisfaction and maximize sales. Perform presentations, and demonstrations at customer sites, trade shows, factory visits, and professional meetings. Participate in local sales meetings to give product strategy, product training and get market feedback.Collaborate with OCS GSM process to define the sales tools, collateral materials, events, and campaigns necessary to support and enhance sales in the territory.Develop regional show sites to support regional sales and marketing activities and further develop clinical applications relevant to the regional market requirement. Coordinate with OCS PLM process to provide input on new product requirements and other market requirements. Direct regional Customer Service strategy to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction within the assigned territory.Compensation:There is assistance available for relocation.
