Bulk Specialist

1. Provide excellent customer service, as outlined in the SW Excel manual. 2. Stock and clean Bulk bins. 3. Maintain back stock in good order. 4. Sweep floors and maintain product throughout the department. 5. Order all primary Bulk products. 6. Responsible for achieving and exceeding margin and sales targets. 7. Process product invoices and returns. 8. Control spoilage, and monitor inventory turns movement. 9. Participate in monthly inventory. 10. Comply with all applicable health and safety codes. 11. Log customers’ special orders. 12. Retrieve special orders for customers by request, and offer service out to car. 13. Respond to all Bulk pages quickly and efficiently. 14. Build displays and request appropriate signage. 15. Attend all team and store meetings. 16. Perform other duties, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum one year retail Grocery experience, or equivalent. 2. Proficient in math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). 3. Excellent organizational skills. 4. Ability to perform physical requirements of position (see below). 5. Proper use of box cutter and other opening devices. 6. Proper use of baler (must be 18 years of age or older). 7. Ability to work well with others. 8. Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the store, including nights and weekends as required. 1. Maintain a safe and sanitary department. Report all life safety and fire hazards to your Team Leader for correction. Comply with all occupational safety and health regulations.
