REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES

•At least 3-5 years general/operations management experience
•Experience as a general or operations manager with direct control over a branch, store, office or restaurant.
•Profit and Loss management experience, budget experience, and expense management are also highly sought after skills
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
•The ability to manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, counseling, and managing a staff of at least 10 individuals
•Must be able to relocate to Southern California
