You will compose letters and other correspondence, prepare special reports, gather and summarize data, organize and expedite flow of work, handle routine correspondence, communicate instructions to various individuals and departments, schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings and conferences. You will also handle sensitive, confidential information.To qualify, you will need the following:
High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of administrative support experience, Business Assistant, or Sales and Marketing background.
Must possess good organizational skills, communication skills (both written and verbal) and multi-tasking skills
Must have an interest in moving upward in the organization.
Must possess excellent computer skills. These skills are up to and including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Experience with SAP is a plus!
