Fully experienced professional working on problems of complex scope.



Performs analysis of business processes and data that pertain to business issues. Provide reporting solutions and data metric analysis that may identify business trends and results. Utilizes data analysis to explain business issues and financial implications, recommend workflow improvements, or to enable business unit to improve workflow processes. Works with various business units to accomplish objectives.



This position reports to the Manager - System Administation. Incumbent will provide analysis and recurring monthly report generation in order to generate a model of customer satisfaction drivers, profitability, and operational performance. This position will also support monthly production of the Service Provisioning Key Performance Metrics report. The Business Analyst II will be responsible for recommending and drawing conclusions and linkages in the data to provide recommendations to improve business. Responsible for generating existing reports, assists with data research sources, and identifies gaps and inconsistencies in information received from diverse groups. The ability to analyze business processes and assess risks and impact to the business is required. Summarizes moderately complex data in appropriate detail. JOB REQUIREMENTS


1. Job requires a level of knowledge typically gained through a combination of a college degree and/or relevant experience, totaling 7 years post-high school.

2. Excellent data-gathering skills through applications such as Crystal Reporting, MS Access, Focus, etc.

3. Analytical skills with proven ability to draw valid conclusions through correlation and analysis of multiple data sources. Understands trending.

4. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with ability to produce graphs and charts at a quality level consistent with Executive presentations.

5. High quality written communication skills.
