POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Administer and support the voice telecom systems at Uline’s corporate offices, warehouses, and call centers

Support a 24x7 call center environment with multiple locations across North America

Experience administering Avaya S8700, Avaya G3 series PBX, Intuity Audix, CMS, eCAS, Red Sky e911, Vector Programming, AT&T Route It!, Avaya VoIP a plus

Administer voice systems for adds, moves, and changes and call management system report changes

Coordinate call center 800 numbers and Implement AT&T Route IT call routing changes

Participate in the design, implementation, and support of new and existing voice systems

Research and test new equipment and technology to be used in the Uline environment – VoIP, Wireless telephones, and call center applications
