Associate Team Leader, Prepared Foods

Lead, Train, and Mentor Team Members into being the Future Leaders Set the Standards for Excellence in Customer Service for the West Hartford store. Ensure all team/store/regional policies are being followed. Lead by example; be proactive. Create and Merchandise a BEAUTIFUL Prepared Foods Department. Maintain the highest food handling and safety standards. Stay informed on all regional, store and team events, sales, and publications. Acknowledge and praise positive behaviors. Assist in training and leading an outstanding team in a manner consistent with regional vision and standards. Maintain high team morale and drive team productivity. Work a flexible schedule. Work all inventories as required, monitor inventory levels and purchase journals. Be a strong support to your Team Leader, and run the team during Team Leader’s absence.

Very strong food service/kitchen background. Proven food merchandising skills. Workable knowledge of department financials and labor budgets. Math and computer skills.
