We are seeking an Associate Director with strong skills in the financial analysis of insurance companies, including a working knowledge of statutory accounting. This position is specifically targeted towards the property/casualty insurance industry. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships, interfacing with senior management and other key staff of rated companies, and preparing both company specific and industry research reports.
Must be a self-motivated professional with solid credit and spreadsheet analysis skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree with 3 or more years of relevant experience, as a property/casualty insurance analyst or in a strategic planning or financial management position in the property/casualty insurance industry is required.
CFA and/or MBA a plus.
