Functional Area: All DepartmentsPosition Description: This position works directly with the manager, Security/Fraud Prevention in detecting fraud and improving internal controls to protect assets and revenue of the company. Research and respond to subpoena requests. Initiate and design reviews to determine weaknesses in the company’s financial and reservation systems and coordinate these reviews with various company entities. Work closely with all business units involved in ticketing, revenue accounting, E-commerce, etc. Assist the Manager, Fraud/Security and the other Regional Managers with ongoing investigations. Represent Corporate Security at mulit-functional corporate meetings. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned in order to achieve department and/or corporate objectives
REQUIREMENTS
Union: NoEducation: High School Diploma/GEDExperience: 2 - 3 yearsPosition Requirements: Two years work experience in the aviation industry
Proficiency using systems such as Sabre, OIK, Shares, FliFo, XTND, PDI, View Direct and MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to gain and maintain trust and confidentially
Demonstrated skills with airline booking procedures; general knowledge of travel agency booking procedures
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated project management skills
