Alliance Manager

Business Unit: GE Infrastructure, EnergyFunction: ServicesResponsibilities: The Alliance Manager will provide the principal customer management interface and GEEN leadership for all the integrated outage contract between Exelon Nuclear and GEEN and will have the following responsibilities:
Report NSSS information/status/improvements/lessons learned during various meetings (i.e. Alliance Advisory Board, Monthly Projects meeting, Outage meeting, etc)
Lead process improvements for outage execution
Provide manager oversight during outages
Assist the Sales Team in marketing and business development strategies for regional growth
Financial Responsibilities:
Develops and assembles the IOC proposal deliverables for each Exelon outage
Performs the post outage financial/schedule reconciliation
Reviews and distributes Exelon's RFQ to the individual P&Ls for processing
Assist/Conduct contract negotiations
Perform costs analysis
Track and assist in proposal negotiations
Act as the single point contact for Outage related services between GEEN and Exelon
Also required to coordinate with other GE P&Ls
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: -Minimum 5 years of technical background with minimum of 5 years BWR Outage project delivery experienceDesired: -BS Engineering or technical degree
Business Leadership experience
Financial balance sheet knowledge; business acumen
Six sigma quality Greenbelt certification (GE Employees Only)
Six sigma quality Blackbelt certification (GE Employees Only)
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong external focus; clear and demonstrated understanding of nuclear industry and/-Solid analytical skills
Demonstrated effective team player capabilities
Must be a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate across organizational boundaries
Demonstrated leadership in dealing with all management levels; external customers as well as internal leaders
