Accounting Manager--Sub of a Fortune 500!! $65K-$80K

As our accounting manager over Indianapolis reporting directly to the VP & Controller in our corporate headquarters, you will be responsible for:


-Supervising all aspects of the company's billing and collections processes
-Coordinating, directing and analyzing:
-the preparation of the financial forecasts
-planning and control procedures
-cost accounting systems
-key performance indicators (metrics)
-Overseeing the development of the financial accounting systems
-Ensuring adherence to US GAAP requirements
-Analyzing and making recommendations to current accounting procedures
-Reporting financial status and progress in various programs and activities to management
-Developing relationships with Sr. Management to ensure the vision of the organization
-Special Projects as requested by management

REQUIREMENTS
As our key Accounting Manager you will possess the following:

-BS Degree in Bus Admin, Accounting or Finance
-4-8 years experience in related capacity
-3+ years supervisory experience
-Strong process orientation and project management skills
-Executive level communication and influence skills
