Account ManagerPosition Description:The Account Manager’s focus will center on selling Accuvant’s professional services and security product solutions. This individual will be responsible for owning and coordinating all aspects of the sales cycle within the assigned territory.ResponsibilitiesPrimary:*The Account Manager will be responsible for building a large sales pipeline within their territory and will be held accountable for consistently achieving and exceeding revenue objectives.*Identify and execute sales strategies to build long term customer relationships.*Monitor and mediate all necessary communication between customer, vender, and technical resources within each account*Maintain internal communications with Accuvant team relative to specific opportunities and the associated requirements..*Effectively communicate Accuvant’s value proposition as it relates to the four Practice Areas.Secondary:*Maintain accurate internal pipeline and account information for management knowledge.*Coordinate and participate in vendor strategy meetings to continue strong vendor relationships
REQUIREMENTS
QualificationsRequired:*3 + years experience of solution and services based sales within Information Technology environment.*A proven track record for achieving and exceeding individual sales goals.*Candidates must have strong presentation, written and oral communications skills.*Some Travel will be required throughout assigned territory.Desired:*Experience and knowledge of the IT Security market landscape and competitors.*Strong relationships with "C Level" executives and other security professionals within the region.*Bachelor’s degreeAbout AccuvantAccuvant is a national Information Security Solutions Provider who designs and executes strategies to address our client’s complex information security challenges.
