Job Summary
Our Account Managers proactively maintain and build positive customer relationships for both EAP and managed care customers. They "own" their book of business from the signing of the contract through implementation and maintenance. Our Senior Account Managers are responsible for the satisfaction, retention and profitability of our more complex customer accounts, as well as recognizing and proposing opportunities to extend ComPsych's business within the account.
