Client Services Account Executive

Responsibilities

Assist Account Managers and Directors in the following tasks:
• Conduct market analysis in order to identify new business
opportunities.
• Development of new business presentations.
• Prepare proposals and estimates for review by senior staff.
• Coordinate project teams including staff and personnel from
other departments and offices, including preparation of
project timelines, ongoing budget review, and management of
all projects through delivery on schedule.
• Prepare financial reconciliation upon completion of projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (life sciences preferable).
• Two years experience in a medical communications agency or
pharmaceutical environment OR
• Any appropriate combination of education and experience.
• General computer proficiency required with knowledge of
Microsoft Office. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
required.
