AUTO EXPRESS CLAIMS PROCESSOR

Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity in our Quincy, MA office. In this vital role, you will work with the adjusters to settle claims. Duties will include handling customer questions regarding the status of their claim, making phone calls, processing checks and other paperwork related to the claim, and if necessary scheduling appointments. This is an hourly, entry level position.
REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate has a high school degree or GED, is a self-starter, and has excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills.
