Ashland's Valvoline Division, a leading provider of aftermarket car-care products and services, has an immediate opening in its Brand Marketing department.
The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development of key brand initiatives and managing the execution of brand tactics. The project responsibility of the ABM could span any or all of the following:
*Key Marketing Initiatives
*New Products or Packages
*Brand Business Tracking / Analysis
*DIY/DIFM Initiatives
To be effective in this position, the Associate Brand Manager must demonstrate their capabilities as:
*Project Manager
*Self-Directed Worker
*Team Leader and Influence
*Analyzer

To qualify, you will need the following:
* Bachelors Degree Required
*MBA Preferred
*Minimum of 5 years of experience
*Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
*Excellent communication and organization skills required
*Ability to influence both up and down the organization
*Microsoft office skills a must
*Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States
