ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER - Tampa, FL

Responsibilities:
Tactical control of the day-to-day property operations for a 212,000 SF property
Leasing, operations, financial performance and client services
REQUIREMENTS
Retail/commercial property management experience
Ability to effectively liaison with tenants, contractors, suppliers and on-site contract personnel
Computer proficiency
