POSITION PURPOSE
The B2B Analysts responsibility is to help drive projects and bring value to the company through improving certification, marketing and production support processes related to the electronic exchange of information. To do this they identify, distinguish and analyze multiple components of a problem and then make conclusions using high level quantitative skills. Individuals in this position work with various teams across the company and therefore strong skills 'in verbal and written communcation is required. Plays a role in training and knowledge development for team members.

Creates reports for the sales force regarding market condition, sales results, and team earnings.

Collects and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals.

Assists in the development of sales forecasts and metrics for the sales team.

Recommends changes to current sales technicques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research.

Collects and analyzes data to evaluate sales promotions in order the maximize the profits of the organization's sales.

Identifies and monitors competitors and researches market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales.

NATURE AND SCOPE
Typically reports to Manager, B2B Services

No associates report to this role on a permanent basis, but requires the leadership of a work group: assign and review work, train and contribute to performance appraisal (but not hiring, firing or disciplinary action).

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be eighteen years of age
Must pass the Drug Test
Must pass the Background Check
Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable
EDUCATION REQUIRED - The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS - Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in instructional design including analysis, design, development, and delivery required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES
Superior oral and written communication skills and an ability to network, build bridges and effectively work with associates outside of workgroup. Must be able to present complex information to individuals of various backgrounds at all levels of the organization in written reports as well as oral presentations.

Superior organization skills, the ability to multi-task, regularly meet deadlines, manage time, projects and resources efficiently.

Knowledge of ANSI X.12 Standards, EDI communication cycles, GENTRAN edits and various Application Link edits, as well as the ability to define, document and explain corresponding user groups' business processes.

Strategic thinking - ability to see the big picture, determine the problem and understand fundamental parts of the problem, generate multiple create and practical solutions for business problems.

Teamwork - ability to work well with others from various departments and values the perspective team members bring to a project.

Strong quantitative skills - through knowledge of statistics and quantitative data analysis and interpretation; Six Sigma methodology preferred.
