OPPORTUNITY:
As our Administrative Assistant, your focus will be to support our Producers in their sales activities! Use your exceptional business communication and organizational skills to interact with clients and insurers. Your knowledge of both life & disability insurance will help keep our pending business pipeline moving! Your ability to switch gears quickly and juggle a variety of tasks is crucial! We are seeking assertive self-starters who work well in a team environment.
Success Factors:
Assemble sales kits and applications in a timely manner.
Prepare applications for submission, including review for accuracy & completeness and follow up on any outstanding issues.
Assess risk class and track all pre- & post-sale underwriting requirements.
Coordinate, schedule and follow up on medical exams and Attending Physician Statements.
Prepare policy delivery packets.
Correspond with clients regularly and uphold client confidentiality
Maintain and update relevant reports. REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 years experience in the life and disability insurance industry in a sales support role is required.
Associates Degree preferred.Experience in a high-volume sales environment is helpful.
Strong Word and Excel skills; Power Point & Advisor’s Assistant desired, but will train.Polished business communication skills, both written and verbal.
Enthusiastic and assertive personality.
Strong dedication to serving our client as we would expect to be treated if we were the client!
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
White Oak Advisors will reward your exceptional administrative skills with a salary of $35-39K, based upon your experience level. We also provide medical, dental, voluntary disability benefits, and participation in our 401(k) program.
