Workout Recovery Manager

A fast-growing, independent leasing company is seeking an experienced Workout / Recovery Manager for their Collections & Recovery Department. This is an excellent opportunity with a first-class organization offering a generous compensation package!

DO YOU HAVE 7+ YEARS OF COLLECTION WORKOUT EXPERIENCE WITHIN A COMMERCIAL LENDING ENVIRONMENT? DO YOU HAVE SUPERIOR KNOWLEDGE OF COMMERCIAL COLLECTION LAWS AND REGULATIONS?
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have 7+ years of workout / collections experience;Superior knowledge of commercial collection laws and regulations and a superior understanding of U.S. bankruptcy law;Ability to manage all activities relative to the satisfactory resolution of all Criticized Asset accounts including managing third parties involved;Possess a strong understanding of collection and workout process flows;Strong ability to prioritize tasks, analyze information and make decisions independently;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;BA or BS is required.
