Wire Desk SpecialistCoordinate wire requests between warehouse lenders, custodial facilities, and funding department. Send and monitor reserve and pledge requests. Balance end of day activity with warehouse lending limits and sub-limits. Complete and distribute Trust Receipts to all necessary parties and amend as needed at end of business day. Prepare and distribute mortgage loan schedules to warehouse lender, custodial facility, and capital markets.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years with a mortgage lender performing wire desk functions. High school degree. College degree, or classes, in accounting and finance a plus.Working knowledge of the funding process in mortgage banking. Experience with Loan Origination software and/or accounting software. Detail oriented. Experience with all functions surrounding warehouse facility requests, tracking, and report communication.
