Must have a working knowledge of Rating Commercial policies.Provides support to members of the underwriting department in the areas of underwriting operations, procedures and policy endorsements and policies.Maintains monthly activity log and clears accounts for underwriters' review.
Computes rates and premiums for policies, compiles appropriate declarations, coverage forms, national/local forms, and optional endorsements to complete a policy.Job Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent5 or more years of related experience.1. In-depth knowledge of at least three lines of business.
2. PC proficient: MS Word, Excel, Windows NT.
3. Effective communication skills.
