PricewaterhouseCoopers is a global powerhouse of people and ideas, helping world-class companies conduct business around the globe. We are seeking (2) Senior Associates for our Tyson's Corner office. As a member of PwC’s Global Transfer Pricing Group, the employees will be involved with identifying and assessing clients’ cross-border intercompany transactions, developing local-country transfer pricing documentation, strategizing on local-country revenue authority transfer pricing audits, and participating in global planning (i.e., continuous optimization of clients’ existing and new U.S.-to-foreign and foreign-to-foreign intercompany transactions, as well as special projects related to clients’ restructuring, acquisitions and divestitures.).

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Transfer Pricing; experience in the areas of documentation studies, planning studies for State and International Tax Services, and IRS Transfer Pricing Audit (s) defense and valuation experience is helpful.
