As a member of PwC’s Global Transfer Pricing Group, the employee will work closely with international tax partners and senior economists in assisting U.S. and foreign multinationals in developing global profit alignment. Specific project tasks include: i) identifying and assessing clients' cross-border intercompany transactions; ii) developing local-country transfer pricing documentation; iii) strategizing on local-country revenue authority transfer pricing audits; iv) global planning (i.e., continuous optimization of clients' existing and new U.S.-to-foreign and foreign-to-foreign intercompany transactions, as well as special projects related to clients' restructuring, acquisitions and divestitures; and v) day-to-day project management, including interacting with clients and supervising staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
BA/B.S. required, preferably with substantial training in economics and/or finance. Graduate education a plus. A credential is required, which may include any of the follow: Certified Public Accountant; license to practice law; Ph. D. in economics or finance; American Society of Appraisers (ASA) certification; Enrolled Agent, Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Masters in Economics or Public Administration.Essential Requirements:
Ideally, the individual will have a minimum of five years of consulting in the transfer pricing arena. Additionally, a successful candidate will be highly organized with the ability to create process and procedure, extremely motivated and interested in taking the initiative for their own personal growth and development, and exercise client service orientation combined with creative problem solving skills.
