Coordinates the billing aspects of multiple projects within an office or billing center for commercial projects. Support generally includes project set up, billing and AR activities. Monitors project management financial reports. routinely communicates billing forecast and other project financial data to operations and functional management.
Requirements:
Accounting or Business degree and two to five years accounting/office administration experience desired. Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable. Proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. AS400 experience preferred. Requires superior organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
