Training Coordinator

FEDEX Employees Credit Association is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, team oriented individual to coordinate our current training program and to further develop and enhance the program. Some responsibilities include understanding training needs and objectives, organize and maintain training manuals, and coordinate the delivery of training programs. Qualified applicants will have an upbeat positive attitude with the ability to excite people about the learning process. Bachelor’s degree required plus three to five years related work experience. Experience in a financial institution is preferred. Qualified applicants must be able to pass a credit check, drug screen, and background check.
