Trading Systems Applications Support Specialist

Responsibilities: Responsibilities for this role include performing the following duties: Support trading applications for equities, options, and ETF platforms, working with clients to resolve system connectivity and application issues. Manage configuration and testing of FIX Protocol gateways providing client access to front end trading applications, strategy engines and direct exchange destinations. Identify trading issues (front end and API) via troubleshooting and log analysis. Manage QA testing environment and pre-production QA testing and upgrades. Set-up customer connectivity to access development test environment, troubleshoot issues, simulate trading states, and report on status based. Identify and validate software code fixes. Assist with software installation and configuration. Discuss and organize physical connectivity.
