Test Compliance Analyst

This position is responsible for IRS compliance of retirement plans with the core activities of accurate and timely preparation of annual nondiscrimination testing and Form 5500 government reporting. Duties also include responding to and documenting phone calls, Help tickets, and e-mails; maintaining records; performing research; and providing pro-active issue resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
4-year degree OR 2-year degree and 2 years experience OR 4 years experience. Education/Experience equivalencies (Retirement Services or related field). Related fields desired but not limited to plan administration / financial / accounting/ customer service / clerical / teaching. Must be able to prioritize workload in compliance with established turnaround times, minimum goals, and deadlines. Must have a desire to work in a fast paced high volume team environment with goal of continuous learning, quality improvement, and to exceed internal and external customer service needs. Must be able to simultaneously handle multiple tasks; be detail-oriented, organized and a self-starter. Demonstrated math, accounting, and analytical skills based on testing results. Must be able to be productive on PC and learn new PC software and be willing to work additional hours as needed.
