Technology Analyst

GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for performing different analytical roles depending on the issue or project. Provides support to client area management and staff in multiple locations. Assists in the coordination of the installation of system enhancements, hardware/software upgrades or any system changes affecting the client’s work environment. Analyzes client issues to determine if there are network problems, malfunctions, security or software issues and works with appropriate IT personnel to resolve. Works to resolve all desktop, printer, and server issues either locally or through corporate assistance.
REQUIREMENTS
JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

Experience (usually 5+ years) in information technology with emphasis in network system support, client interface, hardware installation and operation.

Project management and business analysis on small or medium size projects.

Good Communication skills, analytical ability and judgment required.

Ability to work effectively with client and other systems technical staff and vendors is essential.
