For more information, visit http://www.genworth.com.Lead team of Quality Analysts in driving continuous improvement in fast-growing Asset Management operation. Conduct proactive audits of risk areas, execute time-sensitive audit of daily workflow, determine proper processing of exception items, and ensure procedures are well-doumented. Build, execute, and improve quality and audit process to ensure accuracy, timeliness of daily activity. Drive continuous learning and improvement. Create and build upon existing processes to track and report key operating metrics. Use root cause analysis to prevent errors from recurring while validating account administration data. Communicate quality findings with Operations Leaders to ensure upstream processes are consistently reviewed for quality. Own Quality process to ensure all designated work activities are reviewed for accuracy within time standards.Basic Candidate Qualifications:
3-5 years Financial Industry Experience
Candidate should have strong understanding of audit processes and have controllership mindset.
Detailed individual, energized by driving change and process improvement.
Strong communication and organizational skills, high-energy, and self-directed problem solver, with an execution focus.
Candidate should possess the ability to resolve problems through root cause analysis.
Candidate should have a can do attitude with an ownership mentality.
Superior interpersonal skills
Financial and operational acumen
Solid customer focus, and Strong PC skills (Excel, Word)Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business
3 - 5 years Auditing experience
Experience Leading teams and building processes.
