REQUIREMENTS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of our team, your technical and problem-solving skills will help us provide outstanding personal service to a section of our small business clientele. Your organizational skills will help us keep our work-product flowing smoothly. Your experience with compilation engagements and income tax return prep will help us have a smooth busy season. We interact with our clients frequently throughout the year and your helpful and upbeat attitude will make a great addition to our team!

•Prepare and review monthly compilation engagements and tax filings
•Prepare and review annual tax filings (S-Corporations, LLCs, 1040, other)
•Assist with recurring tax planning for clients
•Assist in managing monthly workflow for a section of small business clients
•Develop into primary contact for our small business clients
•Impress clients with exceptional personal service and extra effort
•Assist partners of our firm with client and management projects

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Minimum of 1 to 5 years experience in a CPA firm working with small businesses
•CPA or strong CPA candidate preferred
•Experience with compilation engagements
•Experience with tax return prep for S Corps and individuals
•General knowledge of payroll and sales tax filings required
•Excellent work habits and productivity level
•Must be computer savvy and experienced with QuickBooks and MS Office
•Upbeat, confident and sunny personality
•Experience with Creative Solutions software (UltraTax, etc.) is a huge plus
•Desire for rapid professional development and opportunity to advance

COMPENSATION:
Thompson Myers & Associates, PC will reward your talents with an attractive salary of $45K-$65K plus bonus, depending on experience.
