Tax Manager / Senior Tax AccountantDana F. This person would lead the tax practice of the Overland Park office. This is a great opportunity to work with established clientele in tax, with the support of the experts in a large regional firm. We have a strong and varied client base and a fun, team-oriented staff. Our Overland Park tax practice serves mostly small and medium size businesses. This position would involve extensive client contact with these small businesses. This is a growing office with great potential for advancement. Dana F. REQUIREMENTS
Skills:
Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills and abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and communication skills (both verbal and written), with a customer service focus.
Ability to work in a team environment or individually, as needed.
Ability to continually pay attention to detail, establishes priorities, and meets deadlines.
Strong excel skills are a must.
Familiarity with financial concepts; solid understanding of basic accounting.Desired Characteristics:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Education / Experience:
Accounting degree required
CPA and 5+ years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (finance, accounting)
2+ years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting)
Or relevant combination of education and experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
