Tax & Business Valuation Specialist

Responsibilities:



Responsible for providing information and education on a full range of income tax issues as a key member of the regional wealth planning team, focusing on:Individual and entity (S Corp, partnership) income taxation; alternative minimum tax Taxation of various investments and investment strategies, such as stock options, derivatives and alternative investments; diversification and liquidity strategies; charitable planning Tax-optimized portfolio development, in concert with Investment Analytics Specialist Business succession planning, especially planning-based valuations and liaison with Citigroup Capital Strategies' investment bankers
REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications:

CPA designation or other relevant advanced degree concerning taxation preferred. Minimum of four years experience in tax advising for high net worth individuals and business owners. Excellent communication skills and Series 7 (within 76 months of employment) are necessary for position.
