Tax Associate - International

Responsibilities: Kforce Professional Staffing is assisting a San Francisco client in their search for a permanent full-time employee to work in the International Tax Department. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Assist in preparation of complex, multi-entity US federal and state partnership tax returns for overseas-held company with multiple US owner. Assist in preparation of multi-entity partnership tax returns for foreign affiliates with offshore investments. Prepare form 8858 for foreign affiliates elected to be treated as disregarded entities. Prepare workpapers analyzing foreign source income, deductions, and foreign taxes. Calculate foreign exchange gains/losses on repatriation of cash from QBUs.
