Tax Accountant Consultant

Chief Financial OfficerGrowing pharmaceutical organization with plans on becoming public in the near future.Rapidly expanding corporation has the need for a dynamic CFO to help lead the company through it's IPO. This role will direct and oversee all financial activities of the corporation, including preparation of financial reports as well as summaries and forecasts of future growth. Other essential functions of the role will include:
Oversight of financial statement preparation and reporting to the Board of Directors.
Direct supervision of all accounting departments and budget presentation.
Preparation of reports projecting sales and profit vs. actuals.
Long range strategic planning, as well as economic trends and prospects for growth.
Responsible for investment of funds and banking relationships.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years experience in financial management, with some of that time spent in a public environment. An MBA or MS is preferred, along with a CPA.
