TM Implementation Representative

Gathers information from customer to complete sales. Implements services sold. Cross-sells new products to customers. Communicates (in person, via telephone and/or e-mail) with Customer regarding Treasury Management products sold, review of Treasury Management products sold and preparation of Treasury Management and new account documentation necessary for implementation. Implements Treasury Management products once completed documentation is received. Assists existing customers with new product requests including pricing, documentation and the benefits of products. Assists with meeting or exceeding annual sales goal(s). Follows-up on outstanding exceptions and documentation. Other duties as assigned.

TM Implementation Rep II, X20 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 2+ years of directly related experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services. Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task, work independently and meet deadlines. Ms Office.
