Strategic Business Partner - Professional Services

Responsibilities: A $100M international software developer is seeking a Strategic Business Partner. This person will report to the Director of F P&A, work in a team of 3, and serve as a business partner to the professional services groups (customer training, product maintenance etc.). This person will be assisting them in making decisions that achieve objectives. There is a strong emphasis on operational finance. This person will be involved in the development and implementation of annual budgets, the creation and communication of forecasts and variance analyses. This person will prepare frequent updates of projected financial results, provide guidance via modeling various business scenarios to facilitate sound decisions and accomplishment of expected results, and develop and distribute meaningful and timely management reporting to Senior Management. This person will leverage technology and make recommendations for improvements in back office accounting function in order to provide best in class operational analysis, provide rollup of WW service revenue forecasts, and partner with field management to provide gross margin analysis and make recommendations to improve margin.
