Sr. Staff Accountant (BA)

We have a great opportunity in our Accounting Department for a sharp, motivated Senior Accountant, who is looking for a position with excellent career growth and a great working environment. This position will be responsible for: • Monthly account close entries • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statement and key statistical reporting • Financial support for Division Controllers and other business partners • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations • Special projects for career development • Bank reconciliations The mission of Beltway Companies is to serve our customers for all their transportation needs. REQUIREMENTS
In order to succeed in this position, we are looking for the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required. • CPA is preferred but not required. • 5 + years solid accounting experience as a Sr. Accountant. • Excellent verbal and written communications skill. • Must be able to work independently and in a team. • Proficient in Excel. • ADP business system experience is a plus.
